In an effort to support the national effort to fight the COVID-19 pandemic Georgetown Smile is taking all the necessary steps to help assure your health and well-being of our community. We will continue to serve our community for Emergency Dental Visits.
What Is a Dental Emergency?
Dental Care that you should have taken care of by a dentist at this time:
- Bleeding doesn’t stop
- Painful Swelling in or around your mouth
- Pain in a tooth, teeth or jaw bone
- Gum infection with pain or swelling
- After surgery treatment (dressing change, stick removal)
- Booked or knocked out tooth
- Denture Adjustments for people receiving radiation or other treatment for cancer
- Snipping or adjusting wire of braces that hurts your cheek or gums
- Biopsy of Abnormal tissue
Dental Care you can reschedule for another time:
- Regular visits for exams, cleaning, and X-Rays
- Regular visits for braces
- Removal of teeth that aren’t painful
- Treatment of cavities that are not painful
- Tooth Whitening
We will have a soft re-opening of the office on May 18th with strict adherence to CDC and ADA guidelines. We will be able to see patients for cleanings, x-rays, exams, treatment of cavities, teeth whitening, and more.
